Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where is my package?
All customers are alerted when their package has been dispatched via email. We currently provide tracking information for orders over 500 grams within Australia. We do not provide tracking for smaller packages (under 500 grams) or orders to New Zealand.
2. How long until my order arrives?
Once dispatched, your package should arrive within 3 to 8 business days.
3. How much is shipping?
To get a shipping quote, please add the items you’d like to purchase in your cart. Use the Shipping Calculator feature on our Shopping Cart page for a list of the shipping options.
4. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders depart via Australia Post from our warehouse in NSW.
For orders to Canada and the United States, please visit our Reboot USA store.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), Paypal, Apple Pay, and Reboot with Joe Gift Cards.
6. My credit/debit card is not being accepted. What can I do?
Please verify the billing address matches the address your card issuer has on file. Additionally, we can help troubleshoot the issue. Please contact us.
7. What is the difference between your recipe books?
The Reboot with Joe Plant-Based Recipes and Reboot with Joe Juice Diet Cookbook contain recipes for eating and juicing. All of the recipes in these books are plant-based and approved for a Reboot. Our 101 Juice Recipes book contains only juice recipes. Most are approved for a Reboot, but some are not. The later book also contains full color photos of all our juices, while the other books contain no photography.
There are a couple overlapping recipes, but we have worked really hard to create three unique recipe books to aid you on your journey to health and weight loss.
8. Do you offer digital versions of your products?
Yes, we sell eBooks and downloads of our film through iTunes and other marketplaces. Direct links to digital versions are featured on our product pages.
9. I received my product and I’ve changed my mind, may I return it?

10. My package arrived damaged, may I return it?
We apologize for this and would be happy to rectify the situation. Please contact us and include your order number.
