Get the support, guidance and tools you need to drop pounds and regain control over your health with this 30-day juicing and eating plan. This online program includes a private page just for your session. You’ll receive a personal health assessment from our Reboot nutritionist, who will also provide personal attention, answer all your questions, and help you tailor the program for your needs. That’s 30 days with your very own nutritionist.
Michael will also provide insight into overcoming challenges that face men when it comes to weight loss and health, and will help facilitate our online group discussions. And Joe Cross will answer questions and share his insights based on the men (and their families) he has met while filming his movies, and during his many book signings and speaking engagements during a webinar.
For our 30-day program, you’ll commit to five days of eating, blending and juicing only whole fruits and vegetables, followed by 25 days of consuming only juice. We offer daily online support as well as five live webinars to check in with your nutritionist/coach at key moments during your Reboot.
